目的观察病态窦房结综合征患者心房颤动负荷与红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的关系。方法选择病态窦房结综合征植入永久性人工心脏起搏器的患者81例,回顾性分析患者入院时基本资料、血常规及生化指标。记录术后3个月起搏器记录的心房颤动负荷。根据患者心房颤动负荷分为高负荷组及低负荷组,比较分析两组患者RDW及相关临床资料。结果心房颤动高负荷组患者RDW(15.61±1.23)%,高血压比例71%,明显高于低负荷组的(13.50±1.03)%、46%(P<0.01或0.05)。高负荷组左心房直径、左心室舒张末期内径、WBC、TG、TC均大于低负荷组(P<0.01或0.05)。心房颤动负荷影响因素的logistic回归分析显示,RDW是心房颤动负荷高的预测因素(OR=10.32,P<0.01)。高TG、高血压、高胆固醇也是心房颤动高发的预测因素。结论心房颤动负荷除与年龄,高血压有关外,还与RDW明显相关。RDW可成为病态窦房结综合征患者心房颤动负荷的预测因素之一。  相似文献

This paper investigated the effect of Gaussian distribution width, average particle diameter, particle loading, and the tapered angle on minimum fluidization velocity (Umf) by conducting extensive experiments in tapered fluidized beds. Three powders with Gaussian size distribution and different distribution widths were used in the experiments. An increase in Umf with increasing the average particle diameter, particle loading, and the tapered angle was observed. There was also a nonmonotonic behavior of Umf as the Gaussian distribution width increased. An empirical correlation including dimensionless groups for predicting Umf in tapered beds was developed in which the effect of distribution width was considered. The proposed correlation predictions were in good agreement with the experimental data, with a maximum deviation of 16.5% and average and standard deviations of, respectively, 6.4% and 7.4%. The proposed correlation was also compared with three earlier models, and their accuracy was discussed.  相似文献

Results of an investigation of in situ measurements of laser‐beam intensity Is and Im transmitted through aqueous ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) solutions saturated at 30 °C and water, respectively, and temperature Ts of solution and Tm of water during feeding of antisolvent acetone at different rates RA, using an indigenously designed experimental setup, are presented and discussed. It was found that: (1) for the measurement of MSZW, defined as the maximum volume fraction of acetone content Δxmax in the solution, obtained from temperature measurements are more reliable than transmitted laser‐beam intensity measurements for solutions, (2) two minima ΔTmin1 and ΔTmin2 associated with endothermic reactions, separated by a maximum ΔTmax due to exothermic reactions appear in the plots of temperature difference ΔT = TsTm against acetone feeding time t, and (3) in the ΔT(t) plots there are time intervals Δt of constant rates RT of increase in ΔT of aqueous ADP solutions, and these values of RT increase linearly with acetone feeding time rate RA. The experimental data on the observed dependence of MSZW on antisolvent feeding rate RA, the appearance of minima ΔTmin1 and ΔTmin2 and maximum ΔTmax and their dependence on RA, and the relationship between RT and RA are discussed from consideration of processes of nucleation and growth of crystallites.  相似文献

电容特性模型是单轴应变硅金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(Si MOSFET)和电路进行瞬态分析、交流小信号分析、噪声分析等的重要基础. 本文首先建立了单轴应变Si NMOSFET 的16 个微分电容模型, 并将微分电容的仿真结果与实验结果进行了比较, 验证了所建模型的正确性. 同时对其中的关键性栅电容Cgg 与应力强度、偏置电压、沟道长度、栅极掺杂浓度等的关系进行了分析研究. 结果表明, 与体硅器件相比, 应变的引入使得单轴应变Si NMOSFET器件的栅电容增大, 随偏置电压、沟道长度、栅极掺杂浓度的变化趋势保持不变.  相似文献

In this work, an analytical model of gate-engineered junctionless surrounding gate MOSFET (JLSRG) has been proposed to uncover its potential benefit to suppress short-channel effects (SCEs). Analytical modelling of centre potential for gate-engineered JLSRG devices has been developed using parabolic approximation method. From the developed centre potential, the parameters like threshold voltage, surface potential, Electric Field, Drain-induced Barrier Lowering (DIBL) and subthershold swing are determined. A nice agreement between the results obtained from the model and TCAD simulation demonstrates the validity and correctness of the model. A comparative study of the efficacy to suppress SCEs for Dual-Material (DM) and Single-Material (SM) junctionless surrounding gate MOSFET of the same dimensions has also been carried out. Result indicates that TM-JLSRG devices offer a noticeable enhancement in the efficacy to suppress SCEs by as compared to SM-JLSRG and DM-JLSRG device structures. The effect of different length ratios of three channel regions related to three different gate materials of TM-JLSRG structure on the SCEs have also been discussed. As a result, we demonstrate that TM-JLSRG device can be considered as a competitive contender to the deep-submicron mainstream MOSFETs for low-power VLSI applications.  相似文献

The design of turn‐on dyes with optical signals sensitive to the formation of supramolecular structures provides fascinating and underexplored opportunities for G‐quadruplex (G4) DNA detection and characterization. Here, we show a new switching mechanism that relies on the recognition‐driven disaggregation (on‐signal) of an ultrabright coumarin‐quinazoline conjugate. The synthesized probe selectively lights‐up parallel G4 DNA structures via the disassembly of its supramolecular state, demonstrating outputs that are easily integrable into a label‐free molecular logic system. Finally, our molecule preferentially stains the G4‐rich nucleoli of cancer cells.  相似文献

Self‐assembled plasmonic logic gates that read DNA molecules as input and return plasmonic chiroptical signals as outputs are reported. Such logic gates are achieved on a DNA‐based platform that logically regulate the conformation of a chiral plasmonic nanostructure, upon specific input DNA strands and internal computing units. With systematical designs, a complete set of Boolean logical gates are realized. Intriguingly, the logic gates could be endowed with adaptiveness, so they can autonomously alter their logics when the environment changes. As a demonstration, a logic gate that performs AND function at body temperature while OR function at cold storage temperature is constructed. In addition, the plasmonic chiroptical output has three distinctive states, which makes a three‐state molecular logic gate readily achievable on this platform. Such DNA‐based plasmonic logic gates are envisioned to execute more complex tasks giving these unique characteristics.  相似文献

In the fields of biocomputing and biomolecular, DNA molecules are applicable to be regarded as data of logical computing platform that uses elaborate logic gates to perform a variety of tasks. Graphene oxide (GO) is a type of novel nanomaterial, which brings new research focus to materials science and biosensors due to its special selectivity and excellent quenching ability. G-quadruplex as a unique DNA structure stimulates the intelligent application of DNA assembly on the strength of its exceptional binding activity. In this paper, we report a universal logic device assisted with GO and G-quadruplex under an enzyme-free condition. Integrated with the quenching ability of GO to the TAMRA (fluorophore, Carboxytetramethylrhodamine) and the enhancement of fluorescence intensity produced by the peculiar binding of G-quadruplex to the NMM (N-methylmesoporphyrin IX), a series of basic binary logic gates (AND. OR. INHIBIT. XOR) have been designed and verified through biological experiments. Given the modularity and programmability of this strategy, two advanced logic gates (half adder and half subtractor) were realized on the basis of the same work platform. The fluorescence signals generated from different input combinations possessed satisfactory results, which provided proof of feasibility. We believe that the proposed universal logical platform that operates at the nanoscale is expected to be utilized for future applications in molecular computing as well as disease diagnosis.  相似文献
